Joan has been involved in the real estate industry since graduating from Pace University in New York.  In addition to being the owner of Town and Shore Real Estate and Appraisal Services, Inc., she is also a Broker and Property Manager.  Joan has appraised residential real estate from Westchester and Long Island, NY, to San Francisco County and Northern California, and currently-Southeast Florida.  Joan resides and operates Town and Shore in Stuart, Florida, and she has been appraising residential and commercial real estate in Martin, Saint Lucie, Palm Beach, and Indian River Counties since 2007.  She takes pride in her thorough, non-bias, quality reports and  prompt turn-around report delivery.
